Modem AT Command Set

Modem AT Command Set

AT commands are used to specify settings for Hayes compatible legacy modems. All GAO modems support the full AT command set. These commands are run from either an MS-DOS command prompt or in a terminal program. "AT" stands for "Attention", to get the attention of the modem, while other commands follow. AT commands configure the modem to function properly with the communications software and with the modem you are connecting to.
